3 db VHF fiberglass antenna 1,2 m (4′) – Titan Series
The KS-41 Black Edition is the new reduced-size high performance VHF antenna belonging to the brand new TITAN Series. It combines the technical characteristics of robustness and performance of 8′ antennas in just 4′ of length. Constructed from a solid 2mm thick fibreglass body and an electropolished AISI 316 stainless steel ferrule featuring an exclusive conical design.
The antenna is supplied with 6m (20’) low-loss RG-58 coax cable with a pre-installed FME female connector, to allow a quick connection of the antenna to the VHF device without need of plugging and soldering. An FME male/PL male adaptor is also supplied together with the antenna.
The antenna cable can be easily removed from the side hole of the ferrule and guided out the bottom of the ferrule when installing the antenna on mounts with a cable slot. A closing cap is supplied with the antenna to close the side hole.
The KS-41 Black Edition is built with solid internal brass and copper elements and empowered by the original Scout foam injection system which allows it to boast an IP69 water resistance level.
