1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Scout. Order confirmations are sent to buyers within 48 hours by e-mail. Minimum order value 100,00 Euro (or 100,00 US Dollar) excluding transportation cost. A 20,00 Euro (or 20,00 US Dollars) processing fee will be added to orders that don’t reach the minimum value.
2. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euro (or US Dollar), Ex Works Scout, net of any tax or duty.
3. Packing
Packing costs are included in the price. All the antennas and accessories are sold with standard packaging, that includes ID tag and resistant nylon bag. On demand it’s available the cardboard tube packaging (please refer to the specific codes on the official price list). Not all the antenna models can be packed inside cardboard tubes, refer to our catalogue or website for product-specific information.
4. Delivery
The time of delivery stated in the order confirmation is approximate. Scout is to inform buyer of any delay as soon as it is known to Scout. Any delay postpones the time of delivery proportionately.
5. Dispatch
The dispatch takes place at buyer’s own account and risk. The risk of accidental damage to the goods passes to buyer at the delivery of the consignment to postal services, ship, railway or carrier. Transport insurance is only effected if so required by buyer and then on buyer’s account.
6. Defects and claims
If the goods or parts of the goods delivered prove defective, Scout undertakes to remedy the defect or to replace the goods by goods of satisfactory quality within a reasonable time. If Scout offers to remedy defects or replace the goods, buyer is not entitled to cancel the contract or demand compensation.
7. Returns
All returns must be authorized by Scout. Transport charges are paid by buyer. In case of legitimate claims, Scout will, however, pay the transport charges in connection with the return of the product from Scout to buyer.
A 15% handling charge will apply to all returns and stock adjustments not due to the fault of Scout, for inspection and repack.
8. Warranty
All Scout products carry 2 to 5 years limited warranty to the buyer. Refer to our catalogue or website for product-specific information.
Scout is not liable for consequential damages, installation costs or other costs of any nature incurred as a result of the use of Scout products, whether used in accordance with instructions or not.
This warranty shall not apply to any products that have been subjected to improper testing, repair alteration, neglect, damage, assembly or processing that alters physical or electrical properties. Scout is not liable for repair or replacement of any product damaged by lightening, other natural events or incorrect installation. Proof of purchase is required.
